Planning

Our works planning module is based on the data collected in two multi-industry research studies conducted between 2022 and late 2024. With over 23,000 sleepiness and performance impact data points collected across a wide range of shifts and times of day our Works planning module gives you a high resolution (hour-by-hour and day-by-day) breakdown of fatigue risk in different working patterns.

Your staff can set reminders to email them daily, weekly or monthly so they can review the works programme to understand if dangerous, monotonous or safety-critical work is likely to be taking place at times of low alertness. Where possible these tasks can then be moved to times of higher alertness or, where the work has to be carried out at times of lower alertness, mitigations can be implemented. This might be as simple as increasing the level of supervision on a task.

Users will be able to set up reminders for the shifts operated in their area. This is a great way to elevate safety by embedding fatigue management in to operations and having regular conversations about fatigue. We have hourly breakdowns for 5 on 2 off, 6 on 1 off, 7 on 4 off 7 on 3 off. If you don't operate these patterns then no problem, we can still give you a risk profile by time of day and some guidance points from our research.
